MYSELF

Every person is unique in his own way”.God sends everyone in this world with some potential and some noble purpose to serve. Now, the question is, whether or not we are aware of this special potential that we possess.

In this respect, I am quite conscious of the potential that I have. But initially, I did not know that my interest in volleyball was quite high . I came to know that once I was awarded the 3rd position in the interschool volleyball competition. It helped me to identify my area of interest. Today, whenever i get a chance I participate in various competitions and try giving my very best.

I am Shruti Tiwari , hailing from the state of westbengal. I am a 17 year old,  I am presently pursuing BA in journalism and mass communication and economics from Jyothi Niwas college autonomous, Bengaluru. Moreover, I am proficient as well as a capable and confident person. I have learned to be very hard-working as well as passionate about my career from the very core. Since my childhood, I have always been trained to focus on my passion.

I very rarely went through any bookish knowledge and it is certainly true that only a book doesn’t let you have sufficient experience and knowledge about the practical world. Training myself in guitar and trying and keeping myself balanced with my college and other activities and helped me a lot. Recently I am also learning a new course on yoga and I keep trying to win on it too.

It is my mother who taught me to be courageous in difficulties and keep myself motivated. My father is a businessman and My mother is a housewife. Seeing my father being very punctual and dedicated to his profession and my mother to be always caring to the people I have always tried to keep myself be a very helpful and humble person.

My mother who is a housewife always motivates me and drives me to work better and better each day. She has transformed me by giving me a vision for my future. It was only because of her efforts that I am here, and also  living without them 3977 km apart is not easy. 

Also, as we talk about family, the immediate next people we think about in our lives, are our friends. The contribution of friends and never be ignored. I always have the back of my few friends who are with me, through the thick and thin. Even in my school days, I was always motivated by my friends to discover myself. So, I can say that I am pretty satisfied with my surroundings and I’m really grateful to God for giving me a supportive ambiance altogether in my life.

I have a sister. She is excellent in studies and she is the source of inspiration in my life. If ever i feel like quiting this place and going back i just think about her and that gives me motivation to not look back. At every point in my life, I always receive her 

I did my 11th 12th in St Anthony School ,Kurseong . I do like reading books which are basically fiction . Thrillers , crimes. Some music artistes were also my biggest inspiration in life . They are also the main reason why I'm alive today. I'll forever be grateful for them. 

It’s not necessary to only complain about what life has not given you, rather than it is to find out what life has actually in store for you. God has given everyone the potential and it is in our hands how we use it. We weave our present to see a beautiful design in the future.
